1 is designed to help protect drivers, passengers, people in other vehicles
on the road and pedestrians from harm by mitigating, and in certain circumstances,
preventing accidents. Your 2022 NX comes equipped with Lexus Safety
3.0, our most advanced safety package yet with newly enhanced sensor technology
and expanded detection capabilities for greater accident prevention. This system is
composed of advanced active safety features, anchored by automated pre-collision
warning
2 and braking, addressing three of the most common accident types: frontal
collisions, unintended lane departures and nighttime accidents.
LEXUS SAFETY 3.0 INCLUDES:
1. Select the “Bluetooth & devices” menu.
To Pair a Compatible Bluetooth Phone
2a. If the device list is empty, select
“Search for devices.”
2b. If there are saved devices, select
“Add another/new device.”
3. Select your preferred device from the
populated list.
4. Confirm the code on your display
matches the code that appears only
our device.
6. Optional: Allow your vehicle to use the Apple
CarPlay or Android Auto interface from
your device. (Choosing “No” simply sets your
phone as a hands-free device.)
7. Optional: Sync contacts and messages.
5. Optional: Set or Replace your phone as the
Primary device.
