3. ENABLE
Tap “Yes” on the Enable Apple CarPlay
prompt on your vehicle’s display. On
future connection to this device, your
vehicle display will automatically launch
the CarPlay interface. (Choosing “No”
sets your phone as a hands-free device
for calls or media.)
5. ACTIVATE SIRI
CarPlay features Siri voice control. To activate Siri, press and hold the Push-to-Talk (PTT) button
on your steering wheel or display.* You can also access the Lexus Assistant using a short tap.
4. LAUNCH APP
Now that CarPlay is active, you can tap on
any app to launch it.
If this popup is not shown, or if you want to change
the setting later, go to Settings > Bluetooth &
devices > Device name on your multimedia system
and change the “Use for Apple CarPlay” setting
to ON.
