3.0 The Services Button
3.1 When to press the Services Button
The
(Services) button enables you to access the many features of the
available service plans. Press the
button when you need to use the services
that are available with the plan to which you subscribe.
• A one-year subscription to the Safety Plan is included with the purchase of a
new Lexus Link-equipped vehicle.
3.2 What happens when you press the Services Button
When you press the
button, you will be connected to a specially-trained
Lexus Link Advisor who will help you access the features of the service plan to
which you subscribe and answer any questions you may have*. Lexus Link’s
knowledgeable Advisors are always ready to help, and you incur no cost by
pressing the
button. If you want to disconnect your call to the Lexus Link Call
Center, press the
(Phone) button.
3.3 Services accessible by pressing the Services Button
The level of service available depends on the plan to which you subscribe.
Your Lexus Link Advisor will help explain the available plans so you can choose the
service level that is right for you.
