Duplex only installed.

Be sure the AC power cord from the wall outlet is
plugged into the AC inlet receptacle and the
duplex power jumper cord is plugged into the
printer AC inlet receptacle.

250/250 paper tray option and duplex option
installed.

Be sure the AC power cord from the wall outlet is
plugged into the AC inlet of the 250/250 paper tray
option and the 250/250 paper tray option AC
power jumper cord is plugged into the duplex
option AC inlet receptacle. The Duplex option AC
power jumper cord should be plugged into the
printer AC inlet receptacle.

Check all power cords for proper installation.

Duplex LVPS
Fuse

Disconnect the primary power cord. Check the
continuity of the duplex LVPS fuse.

• If the fuse is blown, replace with one of the

same type.

• If the fuse continues to blow, replace the LVPS.

Check the voltages on CN871on the LVPS board.
