Pull down the rear door.

Firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull
it out.
Note:
Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

Close the rear door.

Open the rear door of the duplex area, and then push the back of
the standard tray.

Press down the rear duplex flap, then firmly grasp the jammed
paper, and then gently pull out the paper.
Note:
Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

Insert the standard tray.
