2-2. Typical Applications

The 12 Gigabit Web Smart Switch with PoE implements 12 Gigabit Ethernet

TP ports with auto MDIX and two slots for the removable module supporting
comprehensive fiber types of connection, including LC and BiDi-SC SFP modules.
For more details on the specification of the switch, please refer to Appendix A.

The switch is suitable for the following applications.



FTTB/FTTO application is used in carrier or ISP (See Fig. 2-10)



FTTH application is used in carrier or ISP (See Fig. 2-11)



Daisy-Chain Fiber Network Connection (See Fig. 2-12)
