Open wire lock pin [

in DETAIL 7. Insert wire lock pin

] through hole and out the other
side. (You may need to slide

] up slightly to align the
holes). Close wire lock pin [

] by
positioning the loop end of the
wire over the pin and allowing it to
spring back against the wing [

] as
shown in DETAIL 8.
Install the remaining three wings

] using the remaining wire lock
pins [

].
