As a part of the built-in versatility of the GearSpace Mount the Spring Nuts [

] can be installed
anywhere along the C-Channel [

] Track, however choosing one side is recommend for best storage space
savings with-in the carrier [Figure 6].
Install Spring Nut [

] into the C-Channel [
A
] by inserting the Spring Nut parallel to the C-Channel Track.
[Figure 4] Then, applying downward pressure rotate the Spring Nut toward it’s grooved edge until the “teeth”
located on the Spring Nut lock into place with the edges of the C-Channel. [Figure 5] The Spring Nut should be
perpendicular to the C-Channel when done. [Figure 6]
In the same manor as above, install the 2nd Spring Nut [

] into the C-Channel [

] approximately 5in apart.
RECOMMENDED FORK POSITION:
Using the Large Hex Bolts [

], Large Washers [

] and Split Ring
Washers [

], install the Fork Mount [

] into the Spring Nuts as shown [Figure 7 & 8].

Some Hardware and Parts will not be use for this Form Mount Position.

Placement of the U-Brackets and Fork Bike Mount are dependent on the size and frame of the bicycle
to be secured. Below are three common placements for the GearSpace Bike Mount assembly for
reference, actual set-up may vary depending on user needs.
