Reffer to STEP 2 for proper Cradle and
Wing Assembly.
Lift the bicycle and hang it on the Upper
Wheel Cradles [

] with the drive-train
of the bicycle facing away from the rack
for a closer fit. Secure each Wheel to
Upper Cradles with the top side of the
tire centered on the cradle as shown
[DETAILS 16].
Loosen and adjust the Lower Wheel
Cradles [

] until they are flush and resting
against the bottom of the tire [DETAIL 17].
[Removing the Wing [

] and rearranging
the Upper and Lower Wheel Cradles may
be necessary depending on your bicycles
size and style.] Once the Cradles have
been fit to size, stretch the Adjustable
Rubber Straps [

] over the tire and
reconnect to the hole position that is one hole tighter than necessary with the wheel sandwiched at the end of the Cradle
Peg away from the Wing [

] [DETAIL 18].
Note: Bike Tire can be adjusted in and out to remove contact with the BikeTree Rack. The Foam Cushions [
L
] should be
positioned as necessary for added protection to the finish of the bicycle.
To attach a second bicycle follow the same procedure using the two remaining Upper and Lower Wheel Cradles attached
to the back side of the Wings. Position the second bicycle with the handlebars towards the back of the first bicycle.
