Pull out the Knobs located on the two (2) Cradle Housing [AA] installed
above the foam bumpers on each Wing [Z] and insert two (2) Upper
Wheel Cradles [W] with Rubber Straps [Y] facing in opposite directions
into as shown. [Fg. 19 & 20]

STEP 11:
Slide the round end of one (1) Rubber Strap [Y] onto each Upper
Wheel Cradle [W] and Lower Cradle [X] . [Fg. 18]
NOTE: Be sure to slide the Rubber Straps [Y] all the way onto the
cradles so that it tightly rests over the plastic coating of the Wheel
Cradle [W & X] .

STEP 12:

STEP 13:
Slide both Wings [Z] into the tubes located on the Base [N] aligning
the holes at the bottom of the Wing with holes on the Base.
Thread one (1) Wire Lock Pin [BB] into the holes located on each
Base [N] port securing the Wings to the Base [N] . [Fg. 21 & 22]
NOTE: The Wire Lock Pin [BB] MUST always be threaded through
the hole in the Base [N]
from inside the Base as
shown.

Install two (2) Lower Wheel Cradles [X] with Rubber Straps [Y] facing in
opposite directions into as shown. [Fg. 19-20]
