2.1 - Electrical characteristics
LSA 46.2/47.1 alternators are machines without sliprings or
revolving field brushes, wound as « 2/3 pitch»; 6 or 12-wire,
with class H insulation and a field excitation system available
in either AREP or "PMG" version (see diagrams).
