2.2.2 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING THE RACK HANDLE
Do not proceed before reading and understanding the "Safety Precautions" section of this chapter and "Read Me First".
To remove the rack handle, do the following:
1. Turn off all attached devices and the server
2. Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet
3. Disconnect the cables on the front control panel
4. Remove screws of rack handle
5. Slide and pull-out the rack handle
To reinstall, reverse the steps above.
2.2.3 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING THE SERVER COVER
Do not proceed before reading and understanding the "Safety Precautions" section of this chapter and "Read Me First".
To remove the server cover, do the following:
1. Turn off all attached devices and the server.
2. Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet
3. Unlock the latch with screwdriver (Step 1)
4. Push and rotate the latch (step 2).
5. Pull the cover backwards by rotating the latch to slide it out, then lift to remove the cover (Step 3).
To reinstall, reverse the steps above.
2.2.4 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING THE COOLING SHROUD
Do not proceed before reading and understanding the "Safety Precautions" section of this chapter and "Read Me First".
To remove the cooling shroud, do the following:
1. Turn off all attached devices and the server.
2. Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet.
3. Remove the server cover (See "Removing and reinstalling the server cover").
4. Lift the fan air duct straight up and out of the chassis.
