This chapter provides instructions on how to use hardware devices to expand your computer capabilities.

If you want to expand the capabilities of your computer, Lenovo has a number of hardware accessories
and upgrades to meet your needs. Options include memory modules, storage devices, network cards, port

ThinkPad WiGig Dock

The Wireless Gigabit (WiGig) technology enables wireless communications between nearby devices at
multi-gigabit speeds. Some computer models have a wireless LAN card with built-in WiGig feature. These
computer models can work with the ThinkPad WiGig Dock wirelessly to expand computing capabilities.
