Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
It wont turn on Check that the reader is charged and that the switch
is on the ON oosition.
The keys don't work Check and if necessary remove the key lock.
No sound Adjust the volume to the desired level and check the
operation of the earphones.
The product turns off in Micro SD mode Check that only supported files are inserted Inside
the Micro SD.
Lights up but does not play any tracks Make sure that the files playing on the connected
device are suDoorted.
Reception is poor/playback stops in
FM/DAB mode
Move to a position with better reception (for
example outdoors).
