Material Volume Control Knob
Controls how far the trigger can be pulled back. Turn out
for more material flow, turn in for less.
Air flow control valve.
Air Control Valve (on end of Turbine hose)
Controls both atomizing air and pressure in the one quart
cup. Control overspray mist by using only as much air as
is necessary for the material being sprayed. The lighter
the material, the less air needed. For T75Q and T-90Q
machines, select a motor speed first, then use the air flow
control valve to “fine tune” the spray if needed.

Spray pattern shape is determined by the 3 different
positions of the aircap on A700 guns. The aircap can be
rotated to make the pattern vertical, horizontal or in-
between on the A-728.
NOTE: The aircap adjusting ring on A-700 does NOT
have to be loosened to change patterns unless the air
cap is set to its widest pattern. Slight loosening may be
required to turn aircap on A-728.

Spray fan size is determined by turning the control ring in
(for wide) or out (for narrow) for A700 series guns.

Use the fan control knob at rear of gun to adjust spray
pattern width. Turn the knob clockwise to decrease the
fan size, counter clockwise to increase it.
Note-all models: Smoother finishes can be obtained by
using a narrow pattern. More material output can be
gained by using a wide pattern.
