NOZZLE SIZING - HVLP 700 SERIES (VENTURI & TURBINE)
There are 4 basic sizes of fluid nozzles available:

Fine finish work with stains, lacquers, urethanes, enamels, .... 1.0 mm diameter (.051") .... "S 1" ....... 16 - 22 sec. (thin)
automotive base/clear coats.
Normal output with lacquer & enamels, urethanes, varnish, .... 1.4 mm diameter (.059") .... "S 1" ....... 19 - 32 sec. (medium)
zinc chromate, automotive primers.(also thinned latex & oil base).
Heavy output with lacquer & enamels, butyrate & nitrate dope 2.0 mm diameter (.079") .... "S 20" ..... 26 - 38 sec. (medium)
and epoxies. Latex and oil wall paints.
Wax base stripper, sound deadeners, multi-colors, ................. 2.8 mm diameter (.110") .... "20" ......... 38 + sec. (heavy)
