2.1. Handling and removal from the packaging
The chair can be raised and moved manually by two or four people, taking it exclusively from the 4 support feet.
The chair is shipped packed in a carton box. Open the box so you can freely raise the chair; remove it from the packa
-
ging, taking it from the base and pull it upwards.
The weight of the chair is equal to 76 kg.
- Handling and moving operations have to be done by qualified and instructed personnel
- It is strictly forbidden to remove the chair by lifting it from the top (mattress)
- Do not use knives or box cutters to open the box so as not to risk damaging the chair and in
particular the pudding
- Before using the chair, clean it entirely according to the procedure shown at § 9.4. Cleaning
WARNING! It is recommended not to remove the labels on the machine; labels must be preserved
well fixed, whole and easy to read.
2. TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION

2.2. Flooring
The floor on which the chair will be placed must be solid, smooth, horizontal and adequate to support its weight and
ensure the stability.
2.3. Lighting
The user must ensure that the lighting of the work areas is sufficient to allow a good view of the operations and all
elements of the chair; the level of lighting should be in accordance with the UNI EN 12464:1; in particular should be
avoided shadows and annoying glare.
2.4. Positioning
The position of the chair compared to fixed obstacles must be such as to allow the easy passage for the use and main

tenance; in particular, the minimum space to allow the passage of persons shall be equal to 650 mm (in accordance
with UNI EN 349:2008 ). The minimum distance between the completely lowered back and fixed obstacle has to be 500
mm, in order to avoid the body to be crashed by the chair.
2.5. Levelling
The chair is provided with 5 adjustable feet that enable to level it perfectly and to compensate any failing of the floo

ring. The regulation can be done by screwing or unscrewing the feet.
2.6. Power supply
The system of power supply must have voltage and frequency equal to the rated voltage and frequency of the power
supply of the device and be appropriate to the installed capacity, as indicated on the identification plate of the chair.
