Setup
The specimen clamps (standard or
universal cassette clamp) can also be
fastened directly to the fixture (with-
out dovetail clamping system).

Set specimen clamp (

) onto fixture for
specimen clamps (see
Fig. 9.3
) and fasten
with two screws (

).
•
Remove the two screws (

) (use Allen key
size 3) in order to detach the dovetail tenon
(

) from the specimen clamp (

).
•
Move fixture (

) to uppermost position
(turning the handwheel) and activate the
handwheel locking mechanism.
•
Remove dovetail clamping device (

) from
the fixture (

).
To do so, loosen the four screws (

) with an
Allen key size 3 (

) and remove them.
