Adjust the brightness of the touch panel monitor:

Select "LCD Brightness" with the arrow keys (1).
The following menu window appears:

Press the "+" or "–" button briefly.
The brightness of the touch panel monitor is changed in increments
of 1.

Press and hold down the "+" or "–" button.
The brightness of the touch panel monitor is changed in increments
of 5.
8.9 Controlling the zoom and focus
WARNING
Severe tissue damage can result from an incorrect working
distance!

When using lasers, always set the working distance of
the microscope to laser distance and lock the microscope
in position.
WARNING
Failure of the zoom or focus motor can be dangerous for the
patient!

If the zoom or focus motor fails, set the zoom or focus
manually (see chapter 8.9).
You can adjust the zoom and focus using the "Magn."
(Magnification) and "WD" (Working Distance) adjustment bars in
the main menu or using a footswitch/handswitch.
