5 Maintenance and cleaning

5.1 Maintenance

Disconnect from the power supply for repair work.

Disassemble with support if necessary.

Always wear goggles, a breathing mask and gloves when
cleaning with compressed air. Observe the spreading
material manufacturer's speci

After using the spreader, empty the hopper and clean the spreader and
carrier vehicle with a broom or compressed air.

Dosing device/slide

The dosing device and slide should be inspected and cleaned at regular
intervals depending on use and the spreading material used.
If using very

ne spreading material in particular, the slide unit may clog.
