INTRODUCTION
The Lehigh Electric Products Co., Solitaire System is designed to be a self-contained
preset lighting control system, i.e. no external dimming rack is necessary. The
Solitaire is a microprocessor based unit that can control up to 2000 Watts (16.7A) of
lighting load and is available in a 4 and a 6 channel version.

INSTALLATION
Always check all applicable N.E.C. and local electrical codes before beginning
installation. The Solitaire mounts in a 4 gang, 3 1/2" deep back box. All line voltage
wiring is terminated to screw terminal blocks located on the rear of the unit. All low
voltage control wiring between master stations or optional remote stations is Class
2. The Solitaire must be grounded to an N.E.C. earth ground by connecting to the
chassis ground pigtail provided.
The Solitaire can be fed by either a single 15 - 20 Amp circuit breaker or a two-pole
15 - 20 Amp circuit breaker wired as a "multi-wire branch circuit" as defined in the
N.E.C.*. The Solitaire also requires a Neutral to power the station control
electronics.
