Use
A simple device designed for commanding a monostable or bistable contact by means of coded elec-
tronic keys, to control various devices such as latches or locks.
This device should be installed in MOSAIC or SAGANE switchgear.

Performance and characteristics

Readers: Cat. No. 744 33 / 844 02
• Memory backed-up in the event of power cut.
• Manages up to 12 user keys per reader.
• Contact time-delayable between 2s and 30s +

bistable.

• Breaking capacity: 5 A at 12 V resistive.
• Consumption: 15 mA on standby, 50 mA max.

• Product complies with standard EN NF 60 065

concerning safety of electrical products.

User key: Cat. No. 898 08
• Powered by the reader.
• Each key can be used (enabled) by an infinite

number of readers.

Complete ready-to-use kit: Cat. No. 744 34

- 1 Mosaic reader mechanism (supplied with 1 grid

Cat. No. 748 02 and one white plate Cat. No. 750 02),

- 1 special programming key,
- 8 user keys.
• The kit is pre-programmed with the special program-

ming key and the 8 user keys.

• Powered by a 12 V alkaline battery (not

supplied), operating life = several years
depending on usage.

• Each key can be used (enabled) by an infinite

number of readers.
