All JACK parts must be approved by LEEV Mobility, and properly
installed. using your JACK without all parts properly installed could
damage your JACK and result in serious injury from loss of control, col-
lisions and falls.
Do not modify the JACK. Any modifications without prior written ap-
proval of LEEV mobility could interferewith the operation of the JACK,
and will void the JACKs Limited Warranty.
