LeCroy Corporation

Manually Upgrading the Firmware

To update the firmware:

Step 1

Click

Update Firmware

on the

Analyzer Setup

screen to display the

Select

firmware file to download

window:

The program has already automatically searched for the correct file and displays
it in the

File name

field.

Step 2

Click

Open

The Analyzer updates the Firmware.

Step 3

Unplug the USB cable from the back of the Analyzer box and then reinsert it so
the new Firmware update can take effect.

Resetting the Analyzer

Clicking the

Reset Analyzer

button is equivalent to power cycling the Advisor Analyzer.
