Operating Instructions
1 Press the "Power" button to turn the oven on.
2 Press the "Manual Recipe" button to select the operating mode
Recipe Mode Operation

3 After the oven is loaded, press the button under the word "Start".

5 After you have removed the rack, press the button under the word "Next Bake".
Manual Mode Operation
1 Press the "Time" button to select time. Press the up or down button to change the time.

Note: The time you set must be greater than the sum of steam, vent and delay time you enter.
4 After the oven is loaded, press the button under the word "Start".

6 After you have removed the rack, press the button under the word "Next Bake".
Storing Recipes
1 Choose a recipe number from the recipe list. Press the "Select" button.
2 Press the button under the word "Edit".
3 Press the "Select" button to step through the parameters.
4 Press the up or down buttons to change the parameter values.
5 Press the "Next" button.
6 Press the button under the words "Name/Icon".
7 Press the up or down buttons to change letters of the name or change the icon.
8 Press the button under the word "Save."
9 Note: The Supervisor can choose to lock the recipes so that can only be changed for one cycle.
When the alarm sounds, indicating that the time is up, you can remove the rack from the oven or you
can add time. Add time by pressing the button under the word "+3min". You can subtract time by
pressing the button under the word "-1min".
Programmable Control (-54)
Press the button under the word "list". Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the list of preset
recipes. Press "select" to choose a recipe. The oven will automatically heat or cool.
Allow the oven to reach the desired temperature. If you are planning on using steam in the bake, allow
an additional 30 minutes for the oven to heat the steam generator.

Press the "Temp" button to select temperature. Press the up or down button to change temperature.
Press the "Select" button to step through the other settings and use the up and down buttons to
change the parameters.
