Adjusting the Upper Handle
Height
You may raise or lower the upper handle to a position
comfortable for you.
Note: You cannot raise the upper handle higher than
the angle of the lower handle.
1. Loosen the upper
handle knob.

2. Move the upper handle to the desired position.

3. Tighten the upper
handle knob as tight as
you can.

Operation
Important : The engine will not start unless the mulch
plug or grass bag is properly in place.
Starting the Engine
1. Turn the fuel
valve lever to the
On position.

2. Move the throttle to Choke.

3. Pull the recoil
starter.

Note: If the mower does not start, contact an
Authorized Service Dealer.
4. When the engine starts, move the throttle to Fast.
