Troubleshooting 37

The player cannot be turned on.
-Check if the battery is low. Recharge
the player if required by connecting to
your PC with the USB cable. Ensure
that the computer is on during the
charging process.

No sound can be heard from the
earphones.

Check if the volume is set as 0.
Adjust the volume as required.

Check the volume of the file
attempting to be played.
3. Confirm the earphones are properly
connected.

Noise through earphones.

Check to ensure earphone plug is
clean; foreign particles can cause static
to be heard through the earphones
during playback.
2.
Check if the music file is damaged.
Confirm by playing other music files.
The damaged file may create serious
noises or voice dithering.
