Dangerous space around the loading rolls
is protected with a hinged cover and by a
terminal switch.

A safety pin of the chipping device
rotor serves for rotor blocking at blades
exchange and servicing. The pin is
hinged on the rotor box. The chipping
device is blocked if the pin is put in a
recess on the rotor periphery.
