9.1 ADJUSTING AIR PRESSURE FOR THE MAST
•
To adjust the mast air pressure, you will use the right
hand valve on the air compressor inside the job box. It is
labeled Regulator PSI.
o
It is set to 40 PSI by default and it is
recommended not to go over 40 PSI.
•
The left gauge shows the Tank PSI.
o
This will not operate above 120 PSI and will shut
off when it reaches 120 PSI and turn back on
when it drops below 100 PSI while in use.
9.2 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID CHANGING
•
The hydraulic pump and hydraulic fluid container are
located to the right of the air compressor.
•
To add fluids to the container, simply uncap the large
black and red cap on the hydraulic container to check
the dipstick.
o
There are 2 lines on the dipstick.

You are good if you are above the upper
line, and bad if it gets below the lower line.
•
It is recommended to add a funnel to this dipstick hole
before adding fluids to avoid spillage.
•
It is recommended to frequently check these fluids.
