Static routes
Static routes are used for communication with other automation cells. To this purpose, the network and the address
of the router or ETHERLINE
®
ACCESS NF04T responsible for this (“Next Hop” or “Gateway”) must be configured.
In order to enable the return route of the answer, a route for the IP address of the ETHERLINE
®
ACCESS NF04T of
machine 1 must also be set up in the remote gateway (Machine 2)!
