distro's documentation and web page for troubleshooting steps. For computers using non-Intel USB 3 xHCI
controllers, go to the manufacturer’s website and download and install the newest driver.

At AXIS Properties > Advanced tab, select the Energy Efficient Ethernet property, then at the Value
dropdown make sure ‘Disabled’ is selected as shown below. Having EEE enabled can cause dropped packets
with some SFPs.
