6.6 G.826 Statistics
The tab enables to set the start of counting:
•
Number of errored seconds – ES
•
Number of severe errored seconds– SES
•
Number of errored blocks – EB
•
Number of unavailable seconds – UAS,
Additionally, maximum and minimum threshold value for SES15, SES24 and ES15, ES24
counters may be set based on which entries to the event log and alarms are generated. Generating
alarms from exceeding thresholds may be turned on or off.
6.6.1 Tab - G.826 Statistics - Counters.
After clicking on
Menu
, in the upper left hand tab corner a list unfolds with the following
commands:
Reports
Save
Print
Delete
(deleting
ES/SES
counters),
Hour of counter start
(window opens to enter the hour),
Generating UAL and NUAL
Configuration
(a window opens to enter ES15, SES15, ES24, SES24 error
signalization threshold values switch).
The hour of counter start may be also entered after clicking on the
Hour of the counter
start
located on the right side of the ES/SES window or after clicking on the window located
below this button. Configuration of switching ES15, SES15, ES24, SES24 error signalization
threshold values is also possible after clicking anywhere in the ES/SES window. Clicking on the
Generating UAL and NUAL
button allows for signaling these alarms after exceeding the set
ES/SES threshold values.
On the lower part of this tab depending on the pressed button:
15-minute counters

24-
hour counters
the following are displayed (Fig. 6-14, Fig. 6-15):

Number of errored seconds – ES
•
Number of severe errored seconds– SES
•
Number of errored blocks – EB

Number of unavailable seconds – UAS,
The following are displayed when you click on
Time periods
(Fig. 6-16):
•
Errored second ratio to all seconds when the device is available – ESR [%]
•
Severe errored second ratio to all seconds when the device is available – SESR [%]
•
The ratio of errored blocks to the total number of blocks when the device is available – BBER
[%]
The
Ranges
button appearing in this window allows to enter the time periods in which the
measurements is carried out.
