6.2 Configuring the SNMP agent
Access to IP and SNMP parameters is possible from the Main Menu’s LANWIN application.

The following parameters are to be set as follows in order for the proper operation of the
TM-170.1 converter in the management system:
- IP address of the device,
- Subnet
mask,
- Community
Name,
- Management station IP address (receiver of Trap SNMP type frames),
- Gateway IP address

6.3 Management system statistics.
Converter gathers additional statistical information such as the following:
- status of TCP connection on port 1007 (supports by of LNMP protocol – remote management
from LANWIN application);
- sent and received LNMP frames counter;
- data received status (counters) on ports 161 and 162 of UDP protocol (SNMP packets);
- connection status of telnet client.
