1. Determine appropriate length for
luminaire wire.
2. Cut wire to desired length and re-
move 3/4” of the outer jacket.
3. Insert the red and black conductors
into the “cool splice” so that the
colors match the wires already con-
nected to the luminaire plug.
4. Apply firm pressure to the button to
make the connection and seal the
opening.
Note: At this point, the luminaire is
completely connected.
