ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Wing Frame Assembly
1. On 30’ models, assemble the wing frames to the
center frame using. 1-8 x 7-1/2 hex bolts, 1 narrow
flat washers and 1 locknuts
See Figure 3-2 .
Assemble the wing fold plates to the wing frames
using 1-8 x 7-1/2 hex bolts, 1 flat washers and 1
locknuts. Use flat washers on both outside and inside
of the wing fold plates.
2. On 35’ models, assemble the wing frames to the
center frame using 1-1/4-7 x 8 hex bolts, 1-1/4
narrow flat washers and 1-1/4 locknuts

Figure 3-3 . Install wing extensions to wing frames
using 5/8-11 x 2 hex bolts and 5/8 locknuts.
Assemble the wing fold plates to the wing frames
using 1-1/4-7 x 8 hex bolts, 1-1/4 flat washers
and1-1/4 locknuts. Use flat washers on both outside
and inside of the wing fold plates.
3. On 40’ models, assemble the wing frames to the
center frame using 1-1/4-7 x 8 hex bolts, 1-1/4
narrow flat washers and 1-1/4 locknuts

Figure 3-4 . Install wing extensions to wing frames
using 5/8-11 x 1-1/2 hex bolts and5/8 locknuts.
Assemble the wing fold plates to the wing frames
using 1-1/4-7 x 8 hex bolts, 1-1/4 flat washers and
1-1/4 locknuts. Use flat washers on both outside and
inside of the wing fold plates.
4. Install the tire/wheel assemblies with 5/8 lug nuts on
the wing frames. 320/70R15 on all sizes.
