ASSEMBLY

SD Pulverizer Warning Lamp

Installation 3Pt Models

NOTE

On 8 and 10 foot models both the Amber and Red
Lamp’s are mounted to the Light Brackets on the outer
edges of the frame. On 12 foot Models only the Amber
Lamp’s are mounted on the outer edge and the Red
Lamp’s are attached left and right of center.

12 Ft Models:

Attach Red Lamps to the Light

Brackets located left and right of center, with 1/4-20 x
1-1/4 Bolts and Locknuts.

12 Ft Models:

Attach the Amber Lamps to the top

portion of the light bracket, with 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 Bolts
and Locknuts.

3.

8 Ft and 10 Ft Models:

Attach Amber Lamp to the

top portion of the Light Bracket with 1/4-20 x 1-1/4
Bolts and Locknuts.

4.

8 Ft and 10 Ft Models:

Attach a Red Lamp below

the Amber Lamp with 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 Bolts and
Locknuts. Ensure Red Lamp lenses faces rearward.

5. Attach the Light Module to the Module Bracket with

1/4-20 x 1-1/2 Bolts and Locknuts.

See Figure 2-43.

6. Layout the Lamp Harness, noting that the connectors

marked with Green Tape is Right Side and Yellow
Tape is Left Side.

12 Ft Models:

Connect the Lamp Harness into the

Light Module, route the plugs with Green Tape along
the front right side of the Frame Tube. Route the 3
prong cord up the Light Bracket and plug into the
Red Lamp. Continue routing the 2 prong cord along
the front of Frame Tube, up the outer Light Bracket
and plug it into the Amber Lamp.

8. Repeat for the Left Side (Yellow Tape).

8 Ft and 10 Ft Models:

Connect the Lamp Harness

into the Light Module, route both plugs with Green
Tape along the front right side of the Frame Tube.
Route the 3 prong cord up the Light Bracket and plug
into the Red Lamp. Plug the 2 prong cord into the
Amber Lamp.

10. Repeat for the Left Side (Yellow Tape).
11. Connect the 7 Pin Harness into the Light Module,

then route the harness along the 3Pt Hitch. Secure
with Tie Wraps.

12. Bundle and secure excess cord to the Module

Bracket with Tie Wraps. Secure cords along frame
and 3Pt Hitch using Adhesive Mounts and Tie
Wraps.

IMPORTANT

All Harnesses must be firmly attached to Machine
Frame members or Hydraulic Hoses so they do not
sag or become torn loose by field debris.

13. Attach the SMV Mount to the center of frame with

3/8-16 U-Bolt, Lock Washer and Nut.

14. Attach the SMV sign to the SMV Mount with 5/16-18

x 1 Bolts, Flat Washers, and Locknuts.

15. Attach the Connector Holder to the 3Pt Hitch with

1/4-20 x 1 Bolts, Flat Washers, and Locknuts.

NOTE

The 7-Pin Plug on the other end of the 7-Pin Harness
connects to the Tractor Socket when in use. When not in
use, it can be stored in the Connector Holder on the 3Pt
Hitch. Allow enough harness length to reach Tractor
Socket and roll or fold up excess and secure to 3Pt Hitch.
