PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Fasteners
Before operating your Brillion machine, check all
hardware for tightness. Use the Tightening Torque Table
below as a guide.
After a few hours of use, check entire machine and
tighten any loose nuts or bolts. Daily or periodic checks
should be made thereafter.
When replacing bolts, be sure to use fasteners of equal
grade.
Tires
Recommended inflation pressure is as follows:
4.80 x 12 LRC bias tire: maximum pressure is 90 PSI.

Coarse thread metric class 10.9 fasteners and class 10.0 nuts and through hardened flat washers, phosphate coated, Rockwell “C”
