for transport damage. If any parts are missing or damaged,
contact the customer service department (see last page).

Remove any films, stickers or transport protection from the
device, but never the rating plate and possible warnings!
■
Keep plastic bags and films away from young children
and animals!
There is a danger of suffocation.
NOTICES FOR ASSEMBLY
■
Ensure there is sufficient space to assemble the device and if
necessary use a mat to protect the device or delicate floors from
being scratched.
■
Assemble the device on a horizontal, flat surface to make sure it
is straight.
■
Follow the assembly steps shown in these assembly instructions.
■
Do not apply any force when assembling the device.
■
First tighten the screw connections so they are hand-tight and
then tighten them again properly once you have completed the
assembly step.
■
Tighten the nuts until they fit firmly, and then turn them a quar-
ter turn more. Do not tighten them too hard!
■
You will find all the other information about the device in the
operating instructions that are also supplied.
Before you use
the device for the first time, please read through the op-
erating instructions carefully!

INSERTING THE BATTERY OF THE
ELECTRONIC IGNITION
Before the device is first used, a 1.5 V battery (AA, not supplied with
the device) must be inserted into the electronic ignition:
Unscrew the electronic ignition knob (

) anticlockwise and insert
the battery or replace it if necessary. Pay attention to the correct
polarity (+/-). Screw the knob back on.
