Using rotisserie
Bear in mind while using the rotisserie burner
• Never use the
rotisserie burner together
with the main burners
, as the extreme
heat will cause damage to the grill.
• Before using the rotisserie burner,
always first remove the warming rack
, as this will
otherwise be damaged by the heat.
In case you want to grill a greater amount of food on the rotisserie, it may prove to be
necessary to remove the grill.
• Do not overload the rotisserie with too great an amount of meat (max. 5 kg). This can
cause damage to the rotisserie, the rotisserie mounting and the electric motor.
• Before you insert or remove the rotisserie,
extinguish the flames on all burners
(turn all flame regulators to "Off") and turn off the motor. Otherwise you may burn
yourself or be injured by the turning sharp-edged skewer.
