Pump sucking air Check that hoses and fittings are air tight.
Valves worn or dirty Check, clean or replace.
Unloader valve seat faulty or worn Check and replace.
Nozzle incorrect or worn Check and replace.
Worn piston packing Check and replace.
Multireg nozzle in low pressure position Slide out to select high pressure.
FLUCTUATING
PRESSURE
Valves worn, dirty or stuck Check, clean or replace.
Pump sucking air Check that hoses and fittings are air tight.
Worn piston packing Check and replace.
PRESSURE DROPS
AFTER PERIOD OF

Nozzle worn Check and replace.
Valves worn, dirty or stuck Check, clean or replace.
Unloader valve seat worn or dirty Check, clean or replace.
Worn piston package Check and replace.
PUMP NOISY
Pump sucking air Check that hoses and fittings are air tight.
Valves dirty or worn Check, clean or replace.
Worn bearings Check and replace if necessary.
Water too hot Reduce temperature below 140°.
PRESENCE OF

High humidity in air Check and change oil twice as often.
Piston packing and oil seal worn Check and replace.
WATER DRIPPING

Piston packing worn Check and replace.
O-rings of piston guide or retainer worn
Check and replace.

Oil seal worn Check and replace.
MOTOR DOES NOT

Plug not well connected or there is a
lack of power supply Check plug, cable and switch.
MOTOR HUMS BUT

Main voltage is insufficient, lower than
the minimum required
Check that the main power supply is adequate.
Pump is stuck or frozen Check by turning the motor manually as described in
instructions (page 8).
Incorrect extension cord Replace with correct extension cord.
MOTOR STOPS Tripped thermal overload due to
overheating Check that main volatage corresponds to the specifications
for the ZF2-10021D. Wait a few minutes then turn on
machine again by resetting the GFCI on the cord.
