Spray nozzle plugged
Remove nozzle and clean out obstruction.
Mis-adjusted or defective relief valve
Adjust or replace as needed.
Scale or dirt plugging inside of coils

Cleaning of Coil".
DETERGENT
NOT DRAWING
Air leak
Tighten all clamps. Check detergent lines
for holes.
Detergent metering valve packing not
tight or packing worn
Tighten nut. Replace valve or packing.
Filter screen on detergent suction
hose plugged
Clean or replace.
Dried up detergent plugging
metering valve or injector
Clean and flush.
Restricter in float tank missing
Install restricter.
High viscosity of detergent
Dilute detergent to specifications.
MACHINE WILL

DETERGENT
Clamps holding detergent lines are
loose
Tighten clamps.
Hole in detergent line(s)
Repair hole.
Strainer basket plugged
Remove and clean.

Position correctly, tighten set screw.

Replace switch.

Check and replace or tighten wiring.

Replace motor.

Check and replace if necessary.

Test for continuity and replace as needed.

Check water supply and possibility of air
seepage.
Valves sticking
Check and clean or replace if necessary.
Unloader valve seat faulty
Check and replace if necessary.

Worn piston packing
Check and replace if necessary
