2.3 Cabinet wall installation
Make sure to fix the cabinet on a flat vertical surface.
1. Be sure to prepare 4 expansion anchors (not included with
cabinet) and 4 screws adapted to the assumed overall total
weight of the cabinet (and equipment inside), as well as to the
diameter of the holes on the wall-mount rail, which is: 4 – Ø 10.
The distance between the centers of the larger holes on the
wall-mount rail, on a given side, is 70 mm, while the interval
between the centers of the larger holes, at the ends, of the rail
(left and right), is 440 mm.
To get the best results, place the level in the middle of the rail
in relation to its horizontal and on the top edge to its vertical.
2. Align the wall-mount rail
[D]
to the surface of the wall. To verify
if the alignment is correct, use a level with magnet
[E]
.
3. Outline the 4 edges of the wall-mount rail holes (excluding
those on the hooks).
4. Drill 4 holes in the outlined spots, then insert the expansion
anchors.
5. Re-adjust the rail so that between its 2 L-shaped hooks and the
wall there is enough space for attaching the cabinet.
6. Screw 4 bolts into the expansion anchors. First into 2 external
holes (1 on each side), others into 2 internal holes.
7. Hang the assembled cabinet by hooking its 2 holes located on
the top of the rear cabinet cover
[L]
on 2 hooks found on the
wall-mount rail.
8. Using 2 M5*10 self-tapping screws
[B]
, fix the rear cover of the
cabinet with 2 hooks located on the wall-mount rail.
