Cutting out the worktop
IMPORTANT
• The recess must be cut accurately using a sharp, straight saw blade or recessing machine using the
dimensions shown. All cut edges should be sealed to prevent any moisture penetration.
• When installing, the supplied sealing strip must be properly applied and seated.
• The hob must sit flush and level. Any distortion may lead to stress fractures in the glass surface.

Ventilation is very important: We recommend (in addition to the instructions shown in the Kitchen Installation
Manual), that further ventilation is made possible by modifying the cabinet as shown .
Additional cut-outs
will improve ventilation.
