GENERAL INFORMATION
ERA 31 BS 60
is a type C sealed chamber cast iron boiler with forced draught by fan downstream of the
chamber, with high efficiency and controlled emissions.
The boiler body consists of:
- a right element
- a variable number of intermediate elements
- a left element
assembled through steel bicones St 37-2 DIN 1626.
The atmospheric burner made of stainless steel works with methane gas and/or LPG, and it is controlled by an
air pressure switch.
The boiler body is insulated from the outside environment by a plate casing.
The fan located at the fumes outlet causes a negative pressure into the casing, which prevents the leakage of
combustion products.
The entire structure is supported and closed at the bottom by a sturdy plate platform.
A solid and elegant shell encloses the construction.
The water heater is in Teflon, and it can be inspected, with extractable coil. It is provided with a wear-indicator
anode. It is placed next to the boiler body, and has a net capacity of 50 litres.
- Models are provided with 2 circulators, a hot water temperature adjusting thermostat, a plant temperature
adjusting thermostat, a priority thermostat, an expansion tank for the heating system, two unidirectional
valves, a 3-bar safety valve, an 8-bar safety valve, a dual-stage gas valve, an inertia-prevention system.
- All plant and hot water fittings are aligned.
- The boiler is extractable without having to move the boiler.
