Switch off and unplug the grill and let it cool completely before touching these surfaces.
When adding food to the grill, always use the handle to lift the top grill plate. Be careful
when opening the grill as burning hot steam can escape, and fat can spit which can burn.
Use oven gloves when cooking with grill, only touch the handle.
