CARE AND CLEANING

•  Switch off and unplug the machine before cleaning.
•  Before the first use and after every use, wash all the attachments in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry 

thoroughly. 

•  Check all parts before reassembly.
•  Always use plastic, nylon, wooden or silicone tools. Metal tools will damage non-stick coatings.
•  Never immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid. 
•  To clean the base unit, wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry before storing.
•  Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or abrasive materials.
•  None of the attachments are dishwasher safe.
•  To keep the mincing discs, blade and mincer attachment in peak condition, rub a little vegetable oil 

over them with kitchen towel. 

•  Store the machine with the cord loosely coiled. Never wrap it tightly around the base unit.
