Pressure Regulators-

All regulators used to operate plasma equipment must be maintained in proper working
condition. Faulty equipment can cause equipment damage or operator injury. Faulty equipment
must be serviced at the manufacturers designated facility by trained repair technicians.

•

Never use a regulator for any other gas than that for which it is intended.

•

Never use a regulator that leaks, excessively creeps, or is physically damaged in any way.

•

Never attempt to lubricate a regulator with oil or grease.

HOSES-

Gas hoses used for Plasma Arc Cutting Systems adhere to the following Color Coding:

Red ............. Acetylene.

Orange ........ LPG.

Blue............. Oxygen.

Black ........... Inert Gases and Air.
