SEAL FUNCTION
IMPORTANE:
This machine has been designed to vacuum pack dry or moist solid
products.
DO NOT USE IT WITH LIQUIDS OR SAUCES
, as these may permanently damage the
suction pump. If you wish to pack sauces, first freeze them and only vacuum pack them once they
are fully hardened.
1.- Insert the food into the bag and place the end of the bag into the Vacuum
chamber (3).
2.- Press the side locking levers (1) down simultaneously until you hear a “click”.
3.- Press the “Mode” button (c) to select the type of pressure:
• Normal: The bag will reach a pressure level of 0.6 bar.
• Gentle: The bag will reach a pressure level of 0.8 bar.
NOTE:
The higher the vacuum pressure, the longer the storage time.
4.- Press the “Food” button (d) to select the type of food you wish to process:
• Dry: For dry food.
• Moist: For moist food
5.- Press the “Vac/Seal” button (g) and the vacuum process will begin.
NOTE:
If, during the vacuum process, you decide that the pressure is sufficient, press the
“Seal” button (f) to seal the bag.
6.- Use the “Stop” button (e) to stop the process at any time.
7.- Once the process is finished, press the open/close cover buttons (4) to remove the bag.
CANISTER FUNCTION
Only use this function with vacuum canisters.
1.- Insert the pneumatic hose connector into the canister hole (a) located on the control
panel.
2.- Connect the other end to the hole in the lid of the canister.
3.- Make sure that the pressure indicator LED is in “Normal” state and press the
“Canister” button (b). The pump will begin to draw air from inside the canister.
