CLEANING AND MANTENANCE
APPROXIMATE COOKING TIMES
1.- If opening the lid is difficult, lubricate the center screw of the pressure cooker with cooking oil.
2.- Substitute the silicon seal every year or at least every two years.
NOTE: The silicon seal must be replaced sooner whenever there is evidence of:
a.- Fissures or scratches
b.- Deformities
c.- Dark color
d.- Lack of flexibility
3.- Do not use the pressure cooker to store cooked food.
4.- Never put the cover in the dishwasher.
5.- Never use bleach, products with chlorine, metal scrubbers or abrasive detergents.
6.- After each use, keep the pot clean and dry.
7.- If white lime stains appear, clean them with a small amount of vinegar.
You should contact LACOR (contact Technical Assistance) whenever you detect:
1.- SA deformation of the cover or the body of the pot
2.- Problems in the functioning of the valves.
