6.2.2. Scheduled Recording
Scheduled recording is very useful for recording repeating pro-
grams, such as a daily or weekly show.
To record a program, open the task window by pressing the
Op-
tions/Settings
button and selecting
Manual Recording
and
defining the following parameters (

Channel list containing the available sources

Recording date
✦
Start and finish times
✦
Frequency
✦
Number of repetitions: the recording can be repeated sev-
eral times
TECHNICAL NOTE:
The device cannot record protected content
sources such as commercial DVD-Video.
TECHNICAL NOTE:
Pressing pause pauses the video on-screen,
but doesn’t stop the recording. Additionally, if you turn off the set-
top box, the LaCinema Black will record a black screen.
